September 03, 2015

Behind the scenes at the Clarins shoot for the Irish Wedding Diary Magazine, I can’t believe how serious I can be when applying liquid eyeliner!! (gorgeous Clarins product), Alison McCabe working on Maeve Madden’s hair. The lovely Maeve #armodelagency, was a pleasure to work with. Photo’s taken with my Canon D6 BY Emily Leonard. Thanks Em great shots. A peek at our table, I named it “The treasure trove that is Clarins,” sooooo lucky to get to work exclusively on this shoot with the Clarins brand!

More of our Treasure Chest, it

Another shot from the treasure chest. Debs and I loved working with the Clarins new autumn range especially the Ombre Eye Shadows Matte Cream –to-Powder range, great pigment. From a makeup artist point of view, strong pigment means picking up less shadow, this avoids shadows dropping on fresh foundation. A golden tip, not matter what brand you are working with always tap off the excess after loading the shadow brush, this simple step avoids a clean up under the eyes, sooooo much easier in the long run.
