I liked the cream, but... it works great on my legs, and I sometimes use it on my hands too. After a night, my skin feels soft and delicate. However, after some time, it feels like nothing happened and all the problems return. I bought Lancôme and it's really superb! Even after washing my hands, they stay soft all day, although it is more expensive.
