Liked the shampoo, conditioner, and silk from this line. My hair is very damaged, and for the first time in a long time, I was able to comb it without tears. I will buy again.

I have been using this shampoo for many years. I am very satisfied with the entire line, and the hair silk from this series is a fantastic find. It seals the ends and protects during hot styling.

Good shampoo, it washes hair very well. However, if left on the hair for too long, it dries it out and even a mask may not help. After some time, I was able to learn how to use it properly. Just need to lather and rinse as quickly as possible. Then the hair is shiny, clean for a long time, and not overly dry.

I bought this shampoo and hair silk, but I will also buy the conditioner, I'm sure it's also great. Currently, I'm using a solid conditioner "Kosa", but when it runs out, I will definitely buy from Chi. I give it 5 stars because I am simply thrilled. I recommended it to my friend, she also bought it and is very satisfied.

Very cool shampoo! My hair is smooth, soft, easy to comb, and shiny after the first use. But it is essential to use conditioner because the shampoo opens the cuticles and they need to be sealed. The effect is incredible when used correctly. I also apply a spray before blow-drying, not necessarily from the same brand. It is very economical to use, and sulfate-free. The scent is unreal, like perfume, and it lasts a long time on the hair. I will definitely order it again.

Terrible shampoo, I bought the entire Chi keratin series and I am not satisfied. My hair is dull, feels dusty, and tangles horribly! The worst care I have ever bought! Whether it's the conditioner, the mask, or the shampoo!

I did not like it, I will definitely not order it again. I am one of those people for whom it is very important for the shampoo to lather properly. This one takes a while to foam up... After rinsing off the shampoo, the hair feels very unpleasant to the touch. After using conditioner, I apply heat protectant from Kerastase and silk from CHI (I love the silk). After drying with a hairdryer, the hair looks normal. But again, the shampoo from Siose is 2.5 times cheaper and the hair looks much better with it.

Not a bad shampoo, you can buy it on sale. I can't say that my hair gets greasier faster because of it, as the weather outside is very humid and that's natural. I use it together with the conditioner from the same line and I don't see any stickiness. In this combination, my hair is easily and beautifully styled. The conclusion is: 1. You can never do without a conditioner, 2. The line is designed for those who regularly style their hair, hence the very beautiful result. For example, after using Redken shampoo, my hair feels nicer, but I'm not willing to pay 600 UAH or more. However, if I had to choose between Redken on sale and Chi, I would give preference to Redken.

The shampoo really dries out the hair. Even when using the conditioner from the same series, combing becomes a nightmare... A little about my hair for a complete picture: curly, porous, dry scalp, split ends (I have overcome this problem at the moment), very dry ends (the problem of dry ends remains, but they no longer break, and visually you can't tell that there is such a problem), in the transitional seasons, my hair used to fall out a lot (the problem of hair loss has been solved, please note that hair falls out due to a lack of vitamins, dry scalp, and constant thermal influence from blow-drying and straightening), I live in Odessa and due to the humidity, I can't part with my straightener (in October and November, I used to straighten my hair twice a day!), my hair quickly gets used to hair care products (after 3 months, I need to change the care line), I used to wash my hair every two days because of dandruff, my hair does not get greasy (well, if I don't wash it for a very long time), now I wash my head once or twice a week.

In my opinion, CHI Keratin is suitable for oily and normal hair (if the ends are dry).

This problem has already been solved with the oils. I applied a little on damp hair, and if I wanted even more shine, I applied it on dry hair. The result looked like I had just come from the salon. My hair is long, and after using the oil, it is easier to comb. That's why I decided to try the shampoo! It is thick and will last a long time. I wash my hair less often, which is also a plus. I used the shampoo for a month before writing this review, but I have been using the oils for half a year, different mini bottles from CHI, but I settled on this series because I liked the scent the most. The most disgusting shampoo out of all that I have tried. I foolishly bought the whole series in the largest sizes. But there was no effect of washing my hair, not even from the Pure Line brand...
