The shampoos from this manufacturer tend to dry out both mine and my husband's scalp a bit. However, this is not necessarily a drawback as everyone has different skin types. On the other hand, the downside is that despite ordering 3-liter bottles of shampoo and conditioner, no dispensers were provided.
