This is either a counterfeit or the scent has radically changed. It has nothing in common with what it used to be for men since 2011. Smells like cheap deodorant. Unpleasant.
I ordered a 50 ml volume. It was delivered today. The packaging was without a seal, white, and messy, clearly previously opened. I'm disappointed and frustrated.
I bought this fragrance for myself, I really like unisex perfumes for the summer! I used it at the beach, it's beautiful, a perfume for summer evenings! It also refreshes nicely during the day, nothing overpowering, a pleasant bitter freshness! The only downside is its weak longevity! For niche perfumes, this is unacceptable. It "flew off" from my husband within an hour! I won't buy it again.
The scent itself is beautiful. However, there are two major drawbacks:
1. It is structurally different from what I tested in a store in Kiev and abroad.
2. The longevity of this fragrance is disappointing. It lasts for only about 2-3 hours and then there is no trace of it. It is supposed to be eau de parfum. Interestingly, the same fragrance that I tested elsewhere also lacks in longevity, maybe lasting an hour or two longer.
As for my perception, the scent is 100% masculine, unusual, and not cliché, with a watery-herbal note. Personally, I wouldn't say it's a "wow" fragrance; I prefer the Original Santal, as I like warmer scents. But for those who enjoy a sea and cool vibe, this is for you :))
I have long dreamt of ordering this fragrance in a large size. And now, it has come true. I am thrilled! Luxurious, enticing, imagination-stirring, and extraordinary aroma. Not for men, that's for sure... Unisex, to be precise. Longevity rates 6 out of 10 points. Just like the entire Creed line, including Silver Mountain. But... it is worth it. Took it as a degreaser - after using white spirit, hands smell terrible. It performs its functions exceptionally well.
P.S. Actually, this water is unisex. It wouldn't hurt to correct that.
Today I received a sample. Already in love with this perfume! Exquisite scent. Gentle and sexy, professional and sophisticated, intoxicating and calming - all in one bottle! P.S. I hesitated for a long time, but still decided to order it. I really like it. It is quite long-lasting. People around me like it and are very surprised when I tell them it's a men's perfume.
Wonderful elixir! It instantly unfolds and entices with its tenderness. You can inhale it endlessly! However, it is not long-lasting at all... One hour, two hours maximum, as it is absolutely not oily (although Aventus also does not leave traces on the skin like all creations of Pierre Montale and other creators, but it is very long-lasting)! And yet, I am buying it for the second time because it is impossible to calm down after the first spray. The first purchase was at "Brocard", the second one here, there is no difference except for the 250% markup :-D
