This high-performance dual-phase lotion is designed for gentle eye makeup removal, including waterproof makeup. With its hypoallergenic formula, it is ideal even for women with sensitive eyes and those who wear contact lenses.
The dual-phase solution consists of a light blue oil phase and a light blue water phase. It has a subtle floral fragrance. The lotion contains glycerin, a vitamin complex, milk proteins, almond and honey extracts, along with soothing and moisturizing components.
