Bend the flexible neck of the handle approximately 30°. Insert the interdental brush into each space between the teeth and clean using back-and-forth motions, rotating the brush clockwise. The brush should easily penetrate the gaps between the teeth. You may need two different sizes, as front teeth often have narrower spaces compared to the back teeth. Consult with your dentist to determine the most suitable size for you. With regular (daily) use, it is recommended to replace the brush every 2 weeks.
