Bend the flexible neck of the handle approximately 30°. Insert the interdental brush into each space between the teeth and clean with back-and-forth motions while rotating the brush clockwise. The brush should easily fit into the interdental spaces. You may need two different sizes, as front teeth often have narrower gaps than the back teeth. It is advisable to consult your dentist to determine the most suitable size for you. With regular (daily) use, it is recommended to replace the brush every 2 weeks.

I have been using these brushes for a long time. They do an excellent job with their main task. They are convenient, the right size, and functional.
These brushes are excellent! I have been ordering them for my 16-year-old son's braces cleaning for the third time. They clean exceptionally well.
The brushes are of good quality. I bought them for cleaning teeth under the arch of the braces system, but I made a mistake with the size - you can confidently choose size M, because the SS size is indeed more suitable for cleaning interdental spaces.
I love them, they are simply wonderful, now I just can't live without them)
