Well-groomed hands are a "must-have" for any woman. And to keep your manicure looking fresh for 2-3 weeks, there are several ways. Some choose to get nail extensions, others don't paint their nails at all. But the most fashion-forward ladies opt for the revolutionary technology - OPI gel nail polish.
You can recognize OPI gel polish by the familiar bottle of the OPI nail polish line. The opaque bottles protect the GelColor gel polish from ultraviolet rays, and the color is indicated by the caps of the coatings. The convenient brush shape allows you to do a professional manicure as well as apply the Soak-Off gel polish at home. For a high-quality GelColor manicure from OPI you will need:
OPI GelColor Base coat foundation, OPI GelColor Top coat finish, and any of the gel color shades you like.

The key to a successful manicure with this coating is to have all the necessary products and a UV or LED lamp for curing the polish. The curing time depends on the type of lamp. In an LED lamp, each layer cures in 30-45 seconds, while in a UV lamp, it takes 1-2 minutes. Prepare your nails for applying gel polish by doing a manicure, removing the cuticle, and using a bond or dehydrator to degrease the nail. Apply a thin layer of OPI GelColor Base Coat. Pay close attention to the thickness of the application, as this brand's product has a rather thick consistency. Next, apply the chosen color from the OPI GelColor series in two, or if needed, three layers. The palette offers more than 40 shades and glitter polishes. Thanks to the high density, the colors appear vibrant even with just one coat. Finish with a layer of OPI GelColor Top Coat. As with all similar systems, the last layer requires the removal of the sticky dispersion layer. You can use any product designed to remove tackiness, such as lint-free wipes or sponges.
