If you have to choose between this and Indian gooseberry, it's better to go for the latter because I have tried both and the results are the same, but Indian gooseberry at least smells okay. Before this, I used Matrix Oil Wonders Amazonian Murumuru Controlling Oil. The bottles lasted for 2.5 years. But I liked this oil with hibiscus more. As for the scent, it's subjective, but I like it. The plus is that the scent quickly fades away and practically doesn't stay on the hair. Also, like the green one, it doesn't make the hair greasy. But specifically, I liked this one more for hair care. After using a clarifying shampoo that makes the hair feel like a sponge, the oil brought my hair back to silkiness and shine. And I didn't need any conditioner or mask. It worked great for hair extensions. I applied it to slightly damp hair.
Some impressions, nothing special. Noticed the effect when applied to wet hair. Less frizzy, easier to comb, doesn't stick or weigh down. But no "wow" effect. The scent is really specific, hard to describe in words. It's oriental, not sweet, there's something grandma-like about it, but not unpleasant. It quickly fades when drying. Didn't see any effect when applied to dry strands.

Who was interested in what similar smell? Awful overdue grandma's cologne. After reading negative reviews about the smell, I thought maybe they were exaggerating, I'll endure. How wrong I was.. It really works great on hair. I have dyed blonde hair that reaches below my shoulder blades. It saves any situation after an unsuccessful conditioner. It's better than CHI and Lador. I want to compare it with Moroccanoil. The only downside is the smell, it's a matter of personal preference, not the worst, but it conflicts with perfume. You can apply the oil on wet or dry hair, as well as throughout the day. There is no flaky effect. I definitely recommend it.

I bought it based on reviews. I liked the oil, the scent is slightly sharp but quickly dissipates. Hair is not greasy, smooth, and silky after use. To me, this product is better than liquid crystals and other oils from Brelil or CHI liquid silk.

I really liked the oil. I have wavy colored hair that is frizzy. I apply it generously to my hair an hour or two before washing, and after blow drying my hair is so soft and smooth. The smell of jasmine for me is just wow!, although they say it's for the lovers. Definitely I will take it again and will recommend it to my friends.
The oil itself is fine, you can use it, but the smell - that's something else! Very strong, reminds me of my grandmother's burdock shampoo)))) After applying, the smell fades away, but it's because of it that I won't buy this product again.
Maximum strange oil. 3/4 of the bottle volume was not bad (it's not even Wow), but the remaining part looks like some kind of sunflower oil... It doesn't take care of the hair, and the ends, even with a small application, are just dry and feel greasy. Nightmare!!! I will never order it again.

I didn't buy the oil for make-up, but I still want to leave a review:) My hair turned out great (I've attached a photo), I colored my hair for the first time in my 30 years and they did a shatush + toning. I use Matrix shampoo and conditioner for colored hair, a 20-in-1 spray which is great for long hair like mine - they don't have a chance to get tangled:), and I tried the oil. The effect is great, just fabulous, it feels like I haven't colored it at all. The only thing is the smell is for connoisseurs, but it quickly evaporates. The hair is soft, smooth, does not flake, and if you apply it to a dry tail on a blond, mega shine is provided.
I have been using oil for many years, I have blonde hair, but after using this product, my hair is so soft, as if I have never dyed it. Very good oil. I have thin hair naturally, plus I lightened them to blonde and severely damaged them. This oil helped bring my hair back to a somewhat divine state. I add two to three pumps of oil to my hair conditioner, leave it on for a few minutes, and rinse. I use it every time I wash my hair. Compared to Moroccan oil, this is much better. I bought both of these brands' oils in search of hair salvation - Matrix and Moroccan - and in the end, I only use Matrix. Moroccan oil doesn't provide the same effect.

On the contrary, my hair has become much more manageable, smooth, and it looks better! I used to use Brelil before, but I prefer Matrix now!
