The shampoo provides a cooling sensation and tingles when applied. It may stimulate hair growth, but it unfortunately causes dandruff and leaves the hair feeling very stiff. I personally have natural hair color, and it did not work well for me. However, it worked well for my blonde friend.

I do not recommend this shampoo because it excessively dries out the scalp, causing not just dandruff but also flakes on the head. It took me a lot of effort to treat all of this. It's a waste of money.

I was disappointed with this shampoo as it caused itching on my scalp and along the hairline, resulting in allergic redness, despite being advertised as hypoallergenic.

I really don't like the scent of this shampoo, it reminds me of some medicinal smell, like licorice. However, the shampoo itself is excellent and gentle on my hair, it doesn't dry out my porous hair.
