Wonderful, but terrible Joanna Argan Oil Silk Elixir hair oil with argan oil (as it turned out, the loud inscription ARGAN OIL on the bottle is nothing more than a lure of heartless marketers).
I bought it here in February-March 2017 (back then it cost 170 UAH), when the ingredients were not yet indicated. Oh... wait. They still haven't been indicated in the description, but they took a photo. Although what difference does it make, I've had the bottle for a long time.
Anyway, the pump of the product is excellent.
The oil smells divine, like a heavenly honey-like nectar.
It's good that my intuition made me ignore the instructions and only apply the oil to the ends, because the main ingredients in the composition (also the leading ones) completely contradict the manufacturer's recommendation to "massage into the roots and DO NOT RINSE". No way.
Please bear with a moment of absurdity! Here's the composition:
cyclopentasiloxane, dimethiconol, cyclohexasiloxane, amodimethicone, isopropyl myristate, argania spinosa kernel oil, tocopheryl acetate, parfum, butylphenyl methylpropional, coumarin, hexyl cinnamal, linalool, cl:40800.
What do we see? The first components are silicone substances/compounds (I don't know how to say it correctly, I'm not a chemist at all). Try to find a NON-allergenic ingredient among the whole list!
But applying it to the SKIN of the scalp is just a fantastically overwhelming recommendation, because the 4th ingredient - amodimethicone - "Forms a film on the skin, tightening it, clogging the pores, CAUSING
I liked the oil, the scent is very pleasant, and my hair doesn't feel greasy after applying it. My hair is easier to comb through.
The oil does not have a cumulative effect. It temporarily makes the hair look good. My hair is long and thick, and after washing, it becomes fluffy. The oil did not give me any significant cumulative effect. It has a very nice scent (something like honey). So, it only has a one-time effect. Additionally, argan oil is one of the last ingredients in the composition.
I liked the oil! It doesn't make my hair greasy, it's a great option for dry ends at an affordable price!

Hmm.. I'm surprised by the reviews. Well, it's too greasy for me, at least. I've tried many, the last oil was from Glis Kur, and my hair looked livelier with it. The smell here is really tasty, but by the evening, my hair loses its beauty, it becomes dull and sticky, as if. And on the second day, I have to wash my hair. Maybe it's just not for me. I have normal highlighted hair. I gave it to my mother-in-law, I do her styling, her hair is lively and shiny. It's individual.
Excellent oil, it was perfect for my dry and curly hair. It moisturizes the scalp and makes the hair look laminated. It's a pity that the price has increased, I bought it in October for 119 UAH.
Very good oil. I use it on my long, wavy red hair. This product has won my love because it gives a gorgeous shine, lightness, delicate scent, and care. I am extremely happy with this oil, words cannot describe it! After dyeing my hair black, it became dry and porous, and I looked like a huge curly mess. No masks, oils, or moisturizers helped until I found this miracle! Just two drops are enough for my hair to become soft, lively, and shiny, as if I just came from a salon!
