Wonderful thing. I have been buying it for many years in a row. I apply it without lipstick, as a standalone product. It evens out the surface of the lips and visually increases in the first shade.

The primer does what it claims, making it easier to apply the pencil and the lipstick goes on smoothly. However, it does dry out a little. If you are expecting increased lipstick longevity, then this is not the product for you.
Bought it out of curiosity. Now I can't go anywhere without it. It's running out, so I'll buy a new one. Even budget lipstick looks expensive on it.
Lip primer dries out the lips. I bought it hoping that I could use some lipsticks that dry out my lips excessively. But it turned out that the lip primer dries out my lips just as much as those lipsticks. The reviews are either fake or from people whose lips are not prone to drying out from cosmetic products.
The primer is good, but for some reason it works better with other brands. It doesn't get along with the matching lipstick, I don't know why. Maybe it's the lipstick itself.

I have been buying this product not for the first time and specifically this one. It eliminates dryness of the lips under lipstick, gloss, etc. It keeps the contour in place. It makes the lipstick color more vibrant.
Very good thing - I recommend it. I bought it at the brand store. The salesperson advised to apply it on the lips and slightly beyond the lip line. The lipstick does not spread after using this thing, it stays well, does not smudge or gather in the creases. The base for red lipstick is superb.
