I liked the product. I bought it for normal and oily skin. As a scrub, it is very gentle for me. It does not dry out the skin.
I didn't like this product. As a scrub, it doesn't scrub well, and as a gel, it dries out my oily skin too much.

At first, I didn't like this product. It caused irritation that took a long time to heal. After a year, I bought it again and now I use it with a different, less oily cream (night Nivea). This time, I liked the cleanser. You need to take just a small amount and massage it very well, leave it on for about 5 minutes, and then rinse it off. The lactic acid does its job, refreshing and evening out the skin tone, reducing pores.
Girls, this is the best product I have ever purchased. When I have inflammation on my face, I wash it with this gel and it cleanses the skin very well, reduces inflammation, and after a week of use, I completely forgot about breakouts on my face. I found another way to use it: I apply it as a peeling gel (it contains lactic acid), I foam it up and leave it on for 10 minutes. Then it has an exfoliating effect. It contains lactic acid. But I know better and cheaper products for this purpose. For example, the Green Pharmacy mask with acids.

I sincerely do not recommend this product to people. Yes, it makes the skin soft and cleanses well. But without a toner, it will dry out and tighten the skin (I have oily skin). Those who give low ratings due to the small amount of exfoliating particles clearly haven't read the product's name and description. It's naive to expect that a "cleanser" will remove all pimples from the face after just a couple of uses.
