Just an ordinary mask. After it, the hair is well-groomed. If you have straw-like and damaged hair, it is IMPOSSIBLE to fix them with a hair mask. If you have good hair, it will not get worse. The price and quality satisfy me more than enough. I use it every day after shampooing for 5 minutes. If you have time, I recommend leaving it on for 20 minutes under a shower cap and heat it with a hairdryer. The scent is pleasant.
The mask moisturizes well, I have been using the shampoo from this series for not the first time. The main thing is to leave it on for longer, up to an hour, and then apply conditioner or balm to seal the cuticles, followed by leave-in conditioner and oil. Everything works together, if you have severely dried and damaged hair, don't expect a miracle, no single mask can save it.

I really like the smell, my hair really likes it, they become soft. But it's important to note that with this product, I have to wash my hair more often than before because they get greasy faster, even though my hair is dry. Also, if you leave it on for longer than indicated, it will result in increased volume.
