Dior Fahrenheit Eau de Toilette

Legend scent! Makeup, thank you for the perfume. Now I own 200 ml of beauty and unique style. The new Fahrenheit, despite its EDT concentration, turned out to be not as harmless as I imagined it to be based on tests in stores. It changes and plays upon opening. I like that there is no vanilla and sweetness like in the EDP, which I have been using for half a year. It is more technical than the old classic version from the 90s. It is very good and fresh at the start, then the lightness and freshness of the mandarin grows into a brutal monster (if you overdo it and spray five times). I didn't expect that. The old Fahrenheit was softer. In the new one, I would like more salty cucumbers in the dry-down, like in the classic version. The dry-down is very good in terms of longevity. I will continue to test and wear it to see its longevity. It's the unmistakable classic of Dior.

The smell has definitely changed... The last time I had it was about 10 years ago, the "cucumber lotion" completely disappeared, the scent became more serious, solid... I like it, it suits me completely, the longevity is not very good, but... I recommend it for men over 40.

The scent, of course, is for connoisseurs. At the beginning, it is heavy and oily gasoline, and at the end, fresh cucumber. But I stopped feeling these perfumes literally a week after buying them. I don't know if it's supposed to be like that, but this situation disappoints me.

I bought this for my husband's birthday here. It has a pleasant, long-lasting scent at an attractive price (compared to other stores). It is definitely original. However, I want to note in my opinion that there is nothing extraordinary about it, there are many other worthy fragrances at much lower prices.

Disappointed with the scent. I thought the original wouldn't smell like gasoline, but alas. The knock-off Reni bottles are exactly the same, and they are not expensive at all. Or maybe it's a counterfeit?

I bought this as a gift for my dad in a 100ml size. The scent is long-lasting. I tested it on myself and it smells great on certain areas of the skin and on clothes, but on the hand, it really does smell like an "auto mechanic."

Starting from around the 2019 version, possibly 2020, the fragrance was reformulated by the manufacturer, but since they do not disclose the formula changes, some people may receive one scent, while others receive a completely different one. Those who remember the old versions know that they were very long-lasting, those "cucumbers in gasoline" as some may think. If we talk about the latest version, that is completely absent, the scent is more herbal, lighter, and fresher, but the longevity is only about an hour or two, it is not a fake.

Not long-lasting fragrance, I do not recommend.

Quality Dior - and that says it all. Complex, iridescent, languid, oily-thick, and very sexy. The dominant notes are soft, well-crafted leather, nutmeg, violet, and a herbal blend of chamomile and hawthorn. All of this creates an impression of mystery, unspoken words, and arouses an almost irresistible interest in the fragrance's metamorphoses. The longevity is not exceptional but quite decent, lasting around 6-8 hours. The sillage is long and dense, giving the sensation that optical distortions are happening around the wearer, as if transparent gas is trembling in the air. Marvelous work. Definitely a choice for lovers of complexity.
P.S. I myself did not experience that time, but I can't even imagine what it was like to wear it in the 90s, in those raspberry jackets. Those thieves, extortionists, and killers, with their cruel hearts and chicken brains, simply wanted to wear "the most expensive men's perfume available in the store," but they completely did not understand the magical beauty they were wearing.

Today I picked it up. This scent is something else) simply superb. I read some reviews here: "not like it used to be," etc... Are you expecting an effect like in the movie "Perfume"? Well, that doesn't happen)

I made a purchase based on the reviews - there are a lot of satisfied customers who bought this fragrance. There are no questions about the scent, some people like it, some don't. But the longevity is terrible. After an hour or two, you can't smell anything anymore. At first, I thought I couldn't smell it on myself. At work, my colleagues applied it to their wrists, regardless of skin type, and the result was the same - the scent disappeared within two hours. For comparison, they sent a sample of Dior Sauvage as a gift with the purchase. You can still smell their scent on the wrist for about a day. If the original Fahrenheit is really so short-lived, I do not recommend it to anyone. Either try the perfume instead of the eau de toilette. Good luck to everyone in finding their own fragrance!

I have been using this online perfume store for many years. I really like it. As for Fahrenheit, I tested it for a long time, went to Brocard and other stores. I didn't like the tar note there, which wasn't there before. In this version that I ordered, that note was not present, it is more similar to the classic early version. This pleasantly surprised me.
The delivery is also very fast.
As for the negatives, when you buy one perfume, they give you one sample. This time I bought Dior, Gucci, and Discovered - they also gave me only one sample.
Do I have to send the courier three times for three samples? :)
