This oriental-woody eau de parfum is designed for both men and women. The scent, Fortis, is part of the Eaux Dela collection, which embodies the mystical power of water with its unique energy and is dedicated to various aspects of the esoteric world.
Fortis is a fragrance of transformation. Wrapped in magnetism and mystery, it is enigmatic and noble, seemingly crafted to banish evil spirits and combat the devil, while also helping its wearer to find confidence in their own strength. To infuse the perfume with incredible abilities, perfumers have turned to intoxicating ingredients. The aromatic composition opens with notes of saffron and caraway, followed by cedar, vetiver, and guaiac wood notes. The finale of the perfume composition is a blend of sandalwood, amber, musk, vanilla, and patchouli nuances.
This miraculous potion is contained in an artful bottle made of dark glass, crowned with a silver cap.
I don't know why some people think that Black Afgano is not similar. I have both fragrances and for curiosity's sake, I applied both on different hands. I would describe it as seeing a VW Passat B7 and a VW Jetta of the same year from a distance of about 40-50 meters. You can't immediately tell which one is the Passat and which one is the Jetta :-) But if you look closely, you start to see the differences. If you don't apply them together, they are very similar, but personally, Fortis gives me a hint of sweet cherry, while Afgano has a sweetness similar to something else. In terms of longevity, I could still smell it on myself from around 12 noon until about 6 in the evening. But around 8 in the evening, there was wind outside and it occasionally reminded me of it, but not strongly. I think it's not suitable for summer, more for spring or autumn, especially on humid and windy days. But if you spend most of your day indoors rather than outside, and you have to choose between Fortis and Black Afgano, then I would recommend Fortis. Because Black Afgano will simply overpower you by the end of the day :-) The delivery itself seems fine, although I don't understand why they gave me a sample of Trussardi Donna as a gift 😀 Did they run out of men's samples?
I didn't buy it here. I have very little in common with the Afghan, unlike Terroni. It is noble, alluring, atmospheric, but too close to the body. The people around him don't hear him at all. I deduct a star for the lack of sillage, but the scent itself is captivating. However, it won't suit everyone.
I ordered these luxurious perfumes elsewhere, I highly recommend them as long-lasting.
The longevity of the fragrance is quite low, and the similarity to Nasomatto's Afghan is not as apparent as with Xerjoff's Lailati. Specifically on me, Fortis didn't last long, didn't reveal itself, and didn't surprise me in any way, but I still think that the fragrance is worth paying attention to.
Amazing men's fragrance, I can't imagine how it would smell on a woman yet, it's very masculine, with an animalistic scent similar to Nasomatto's "Afgano" fragrance, I don't even know who copied whom, but I couldn't notice any differences in my olfactory perception. In the future, I plan to save up and order it for myself, without a doubt, I give it 5 stars.))
