Antonina, I agree with everything you said. I received this product in the same condition, they didn't even seal the lid like they did for you. The lid was slightly open, there was a mark on the packaging paper, and the product itself was less in the bottle. It feels like either it leaked somewhere else and the product spilled, they washed the bottle and sold it like this, or someone already used it. I am very disappointed. I will look for another website for ordering.
