It didn't work for me. My hair is untreated, long, thin, and normal. After using the conditioner, they become drier, stiffer, and difficult to comb. Paradoxical! In my opinion, a conditioner is supposed to soften the effect of shampoo. It surprised me that a natural formula can have such an effect... I don't recommend it.
Hair is not combable, it breaks easily, and feels stiff. The conditioner does not work as claimed and does not fulfill its intended functions. I do not recommend it and will not purchase it again.
This product is excellent as both a conditioner and a shampoo. The smell may not appeal to everyone, but it is tolerable. It doesn't weigh down the hair, and can even be used on the roots. It is especially suitable for people with oily hair.
