The fragrance MASTERPIECE and a classic!!! The fragrance is the winner of the perfume Oscar! People who know nothing about perfumery, please kindly pass by and refrain from writing nonsense about the consumer's age and other foolishness!
My mom's favorite perfume, which she has been using for about 30 years. I can't give an adequate assessment of this aroma, because it smells of my mother and I love her)). It is said that it is a floral-spicy scent. I don't hear the flowers in it, but I do hear the spiciness. It doesn't remind me of anything, I don't know any other woman (except my mother) who wears it. And I can't describe what it smells like exactly. It is sharp, strange, strong, unusual, with a trail, persistent, and for me it is warm. It doesn't choke me, although many don't like it at all.
And a question for the makeup consultant. I can't find a Dior cosmetic calculator on any website. Please decode the batch code 1D01 (I will attach a photo).
I bought Poison for my mom's birthday. She used to use it a long time ago during the Soviet era. I remember that it had a wonderful scent. But what we bought now, the current scent, reminds me of the old scent at most 5%, and 95% of it is a strange unpleasant smell. I was very disappointed, the smell is simply terrible compared to the old one. No offense to those who use and like the current scent, as they say, to each their own. But for those people who remember the old scent and want to buy perfume now, be careful not to be disappointed.
Dior Poison is an aroma that is more minor, inviting contemplation and philosophical musings and not to rush anywhere. It is slightly nocturnal, yet not for noisy cabarets and restaurants, but rather for the embrace of nature and its tranquility. Now I am a happy owner of my desired perfume, thanks to MakeUp! The scent is sweet but bitter. Can you imagine such a combination? I also have strange associations with it - as if in a coniferous forest after a rain, on a damp rotten stump, there is thick sweet cherry jam with a bitter pit... I understand that plum is in the pyramid, but I perceive it differently...) Yes, this is exactly a poison, it's not a princess's water or another glamorous clone, no. It's an enchanting witch's poison, like nothing else) I adore it.
I sniffed it for a couple of days in a row. The first five minutes, it's just horrible! I even thought it was some kind of joke or fake. But then... After those 5 minutes, I just can't stop inhaling them. I only apply it on my wrists and just one spray, otherwise dizziness is guaranteed for me. It's truly a poison! Deadly sweet, intoxicating, warm, evening scent. You will fall in love with it, or... Hate it. ❤️

The scent is very delicious, sweet. The perfume is long-lasting, with a good sillage. One spray is enough, if you use more, I noticed that it can be overpowering for some people around. But it is divine.

We ordered perfume as a gift for our mom, as she used to have the same perfume during the Soviet times. Unfortunately, the smell is 90% different from what it used to be, with many added foreign notes that are heavy and not entirely pleasant. I would not recommend these perfumes to anyone who remembers even a little bit of the smell from the past. The only plus is that the smell lasts a long time.
The scent is not for everyone, but it perfectly matches its name - it is indeed a potion, a psychedelic cocktail, in which incense, ripe bitter plum, and enveloping tuberose can be detected. I can't say that I'm crazy about it, but I respect it. Very bright, relaxing, enchanting. I sometimes wear it according to my mood. NOT FOR THE OFFICE)) I would recommend it to perfume connoisseurs, people who are passionate about fragrances as an art form. And I don't think it will suit those who need a bottle or two for all occasions in life.
Great creation from the house of Dior, even after 35 years of its existence, it remains very relevant. The longevity and sillage, as with all Dior fragrances, are extraordinary and very long-lasting. It requires great caution during application, as the scent is very potent. At first, it may seem weak and almost imperceptible, but after 5-10 minutes, it starts to fill the entire room. Therefore, it is important to adhere to the dosage, with a maximum of one spray, otherwise you and those around you will be literally poisoned. The fragrance itself is very beautiful and deep. It opens with smoky plum notes combined with spices, then slowly transitions into a musky vanilla base generously spiced with heliotrope and sandalwood. This fragrance is perfect for special occasions and colder seasons. It is better not to purchase without testing it first. If you want to understand whether it suits you or not, you can start by trying Cobra by Jane Artist, as it is very similar to Poison, albeit slightly softer and less long-lasting. I am very pleased to have added Poison to my collection. Next on my list are Hypnotic and Pure Poison.

delivery, price, and quality! The fragrance is chic. I fell in love with it. I haven't had anything like this in my life. I don't consider it age-related, but the scent is not for everyone. It can either be loved or hated. It needs time to be charmed by the perfume fully.
