I didn't like the shampoo at all, my hair feels stiff and it clumps together at the roots.
I have been using this shampoo for over 2 years. I have tried Redken in between - it made my hair too saturated. But this one moisturizes just right, smoothens nicely, and keeps my roots clean for 2 days. I use it together with the conditioner, and while washing, you can see how it detangles the hair.
Did not work for me, although I never had any issues with shampoos before, my hair lacks volume and the desired shine! I didn't understand this shampoo. I tried the TIGI Bed Head series and I was amazed!!
Good shampoo, I like the smell (cinnamon). But over time, the smell got boring, it's very strong, so I probably won't buy it again.
The shampoo works great with its ability to make hair feminine and dry. The hair becomes excessively dry, as if using a deep cleansing shampoo (even when applying the minimum amount)! The hair doesn't shine at all. It doesn't look good with any moisturizing leave-in products or in a professional hairstyle... the ends become frizzy, and even a light, extended fringe stands on end! It's as if I used a budget shampoo and a weak hairdryer at a hotel. Meanwhile, with another shampoo from the same brand, my hair is beautiful, shiny, soft, and elastic.
I love TIGI! But this shampoo was disappointing. My scalp feels slightly irritated. My hair has become stiffer and harder to style. Clearly something is wrong, even though I continue to use the previous excellent comprehensive hair care system.

I would like to praise this product. It is truly worthy. It revitalizes and moisturizes the hair after coloring. It is very concentrated, so for my thin to medium density hair and shoulder-length, two pea-sized amounts are enough to wash twice. The hair gets dirty as usual. I will definitely repurchase this.
I have been using this shampoo for about 10 years, since then it has changed its packaging and composition twice. I used to buy it abroad, but this time I bought it on Makeup. The shampoo is original and was delivered very quickly.
As for the shampoo itself, I have about 7 different ones on my shelf, but this one is always there. It leaves my hair soft and manageable, it styles well and gives a light volume. The smell is amazing, I love it when my hair smells like it. And most importantly, I dye my hair once a month and this shampoo immediately brings them back to life and provides excellent hydration.
