The powder manufacturer is not from France, but from the European Union, and judging by the information on the packaging, it is from Poland, which greatly disappointed me. Knowing this, I would not have ordered this powder.
There is no down filling inside and there is also no information that it is not there.
Excellent powder. Rice, mattifying, colorless. Works great for oily and combination skin. Before this powder, I used colorless Korean ones for several years, which were anti-sebum and mattifying. I can say that this one is just as good. The only difference is that the packaging is not as cute as the Korean ones :) Its effect on my oily skin lasts about 3 hours. Same as the Korean ones. So far, I haven't come across any similar powders with a longer-lasting effect.
And MakeUp, please pay attention to the comments regarding the description of the powder. Several people have already pointed out that there is nothing "pink" about this powder except for the letters on the packaging; it is rice-based, not pink, but no action has been taken. This is very misleading for people. Some people need a powder with a tint, they buy it hoping for pinkness, but it turns out to be different. And some people specifically look for a colorless powder, but if it says "pink," they just pass by.

Great product, especially for fair-skinned girls. It applies well and mattifies excellently. Immediately after application, it gives a slight whitish tint, but after about 10 minutes, it adapts to the skin color. I applied it over a base and cream-powder, and there was no mask effect.
