After dyeing, half of my hair fell out. I followed the instructions, but unfortunately it didn't work for me.
I bought this hair dye for the first time on Makeup.com.ua. I liked the dye. The color "Cinnamon" in shade t.40 is a pleasant dark brown shade, just what I needed. It has a thick creamy texture and a pleasant smell. The keratin care mask is very nice. I will buy it again. Thank you Makeup.com.ua for the delivery and the variety of products.
The paint is really good. I have tried various ones, even significantly more expensive ones. This one is the most durable. Nice color and shine, easy to paint. I like it. It's my favorite!

I have been using this paint for 2 years, the paint is wonderful.
This is the first time I used this dye, I chose it based on reviews. And it's just a disaster. I got shade 34, intense red. If you like surprises, this is for you. I don't. I started to suspect something during the dye removal process, and when I dried it with a towel, my fears were confirmed. My hair is dyed burgundy-brown, so I expected a cherry-like finish with the bright red dye. And tadaaaam! Now I'm a redhead. A REDHEAD!!! I absolutely did not expect this and the last thing I want to be is a redhead. And it's not just the color, the roots are copper. Red pigment is hard to remove, so the level of my sadness, anger, and despair cannot even be described. Someone wrote that the dye is thick, but it's not, it's normal. Someone else wrote that for the first time the water turned clear quickly and the towel didn't get stained - I confirm that. Huge respect to the makeup team for finally getting rid of that film that all packages used to be wrapped in and switching to parchment! Delivery, as always, was fast.

So, the package arrived very quickly (thanks a lot makeup.com), despite there being many questions about the products, the website's call center provided great and very professional help, so thank you again.
Now about the hair dye: I got two different brands for ombre coloring:
On top - Joanna Hair Color Multi Cream Color (shade 37) (please change the picture to this shade, as it appears brown on the website but in reality it is dark pink, closer to eggplant; there were many questions about this, but the specialists helped);
On the bottom - La Riche Directions Hair Color (Violet).
Joanna has a strong smell, like regular "harsh" dye. My eyes are very sensitive, so they watered, but I didn't cry during the coloring process: D
There is very little dye! If it wasn't for the ombre idea, I would definitely have half of my head dyed. The dye doesn't spread well on the hair, so more is used than necessary for coloring. It is enough for shoulder-length hair (1 package).
It adheres perfectly and comes off the skin easily.

I do not recommend it! This is the first time in many years of coloring that I have had such an experience... I bought shade 42 - it didn't cover my gray hair at all, only a barely noticeable gray shade appeared. Immediately after coloring, it seemed strange to me that the dye washed off my skin without any effort, but I never imagined that it would also wash off my hair. And after reading the previous reviews, I finally understood why my hair started falling out, even though I have been using an Ayurvedic shampoo for several months, which practically stopped hair loss, but now... shock! I do not recommend it to anyone!!! Stay away from it, if you care about your hair(((
I read the reviews and decided to try this hair dye. I chose the 30-caramel blonde shade. Firstly, in my opinion, the dye is very thick and difficult to apply. Secondly, it didn't cover my gray hair, and on top of that, my hair started falling out stylishly. The color is also not exactly as shown in the palette when ordering. The only positive aspects are that the smell is pleasant and the hair feels soft, but only until the first wash. Now it's difficult to comb, even after using conditioner. I won't be buying it again. I have no complaints about the delivery from Maykapu - it was excellent.
32 - platinum blonde Joanna (I bought it for my sister, she is a blonde) was very bright. The color turned out darker, I almost cried at first, my lip was trembling! After dyeing, I was shocked, but then she got used to the color and liked it.
39.5 - brown tea, I bought it for my mom. The dye didn't cover the gray hair at all, instead, a reddish shade appeared. And the gray hair shines on the white light! No matter how we tried to dye it!
41 - chocolate, I bought this color for myself, and I turned into a dark black cloud! I dream of using color remover as soon as possible!
Now about the dye itself: it is not evenly distributed in the tube, it is not easy to squeeze out, and it is very thick (if diluted, it clumps in some places). I regret buying this dye! But we'll fix it somehow!
Now for the positive aspects: it maintains volume, and the hair shines well after using it. The colors of the dye do not match the claimed ones. After trying it once, I won't want to go back to it again.
I bought sizes 43 and 44 for my mom. Before dyeing her hair, I bleached the roots (mixing 3% and 6% with a total of 4.5% oxidizer) for 30 minutes. Her natural black hair with gray turned light-yellow, but we didn't touch the length, which remained a washed-out copper-red color. I followed the instructions on the dye. As a result, size 43 turned out to be a bright tangerine color instead of a fiery red, which my mom didn't like because it was not the color she expected. However, the quality of her hair was not damaged, in fact, her hair was shiny. Before dyeing with size 44 in Intensive Copper, we repeated the same process because the dye did not indicate that it could be applied to natural hair (unlike the previous Syoss for dark shades 5.77). The color did not turn out to be the shade indicated on the website, nor did it resemble the color on the box as stated by the manufacturer. It ended up being a dull rusty tangerine color. Overall, I give the dye a rating of 2 out of 5 because it didn't damage the hair.

2 stars only for the mask. After reading positive reviews, I decided to buy this dye and become a fiery red (my original color was ruby, a month after dyeing). The dye applied unevenly and the color turned out dull. I left it on for 40 minutes, but it turned out light red in some places. I have no complaints about the website, everything is as usual at the highest level!
I bought color 39.5. Beautiful, without any redness, it shimmers beautifully in the sun.
The paint has a really nice smell, applies well, and washes off easily from the skin.

I had to dye my hair for the second time this week. To my surprise, my hair feels and looks great, despite using a 9% oxidizer. The shade "Sandy Blonde" (No. 31) only came out one shade lighter on my golden-brown hair, but that's not the fault of the dye, rather my hair's natural color. However, I would recommend not mixing the dye with the oxidizer in the spray bottle, as it becomes extremely problematic to use up all the dye until the end.
Not bad paint, I ordered shade No. 36, chestnut-brown. I was afraid it would turn out too freakishly purple, but no. Everything is fine, you can go out in public. It's a noble eggplant color.
The best paint among the non-professional ones I have tried. The price/quality ratio is surprising, the paint is long-lasting, covers gray hair, and the included mask is simply wonderful.

As a redhead, I ordered shade 34. The color is not exactly like in the picture, but the dye itself is good and doesn't wash out immediately like most dyes. A fantastic keratin mask is included. I'm giving it 4 stars due to the color mismatch.

The paint is great. I bought the color 39.5 tea brown. It turned out slightly lighter than in the photo, but it's fine. That's exactly what I wanted. Now it's out of stock, so I'll get the cinnamon brown 40. I think it won't be much different.

Hello! I received the package with the hair dye, it was delivered quickly. I will write a comment about the dye a little later after I color my hair. I give 4 stars for the packaging and contents.
The paint is decent! During the coloring process, it did not sting the scalp, and the smell was barely noticeable. Overall, I like the result, although I think I should have left it on a little longer for the color to "set" more evenly. There are a couple of downsides:( 1. I do not recommend following the instructions, as the paint turned out too thick and was difficult to squeeze onto my head. I had to scrape it off with a toothbrush and it took a lot of time to color my hair overall; 2. Whether it's due to my bleached hair or the aggressive nature of the dye, my hair significantly fell out during washing.
Bought it 3 weeks ago. The dye is good, no worse than Loreal, and it fades much slower, even though I deliberately don't use shampoos for colored hair because they don't suit me. It doesn't stain the towel after washing my hair. It also washes off the skin very well. The smell is quite pleasant, and the conditioner is excellent. During the coloring process, there was a tightening and tingling sensation, which is normal for this type of product, but it went away after 10-15 minutes. No allergies or redness occurred. It turned my light brown hair into a beautiful copper color, darker than in the picture, no carrot or orange tones. It didn't dry out my hair, and there are no antenna-like strands.))) By the end of the third week, it faded a bit, and the gray hairs look lighter, the copper shade on dark hair turned more golden. This is something to consider for fans of reddish-fire-like highlights. Overall, I'm satisfied.
