The smell is a bit sharp, but you will get used to it because it is effective. And that's the most important thing!!! It removed very deep cracks on my heels and my mom's in less than six months. This is a great balm that absorbs quickly, but the only thing I didn't like is the scent. I used to use Doctor Biokon before and I think I will go back to it because it's better for me.

I definitely recommend it. The effect is noticeable from the first use. The high urea content really delivers, as the skin immediately appears less dry. I use it in combination with the "Acid Foot Peel Callus Remover", peeling once every 7-10 days and applying the balm daily. The result is long-lasting moisturization, softness, and smoothness.
