4NA is a cool dark shade, this dye is great for coloring roots. It dries the length... I use it for coloring my roots, and the 4N toning dye for the length of my hair is really great!

I have been using this hair dye for the past 6 years. I have occasional grey hair strands on my head. I always choose natural colors from the sixth row. When my hair grows out, there is no visible difference, so I dye it every 2-3 months. For many years, I used OXY 6%, even when I didn't have grey hair. Now, I have tried mixing it 1:1 with 3%, resulting in 4.5%, so my hair is less damaged and the dye applies nicely. I leave it on for 40-45 minutes.

Very pleasant to use, creamy and oily. It doesn't damage the hair and covers gray hair. I use shades 5NA and 5MP alternately. Let me explain why.
5NA - a dark cool brunette that covers gray hair 100%. However, after using it twice or more, it turns into a true brunette, almost like a raven wing.
5MP - a chestnut shade with a pearly shimmer that effectively disguises gray hair. It is the perfect shade for men - it doesn't completely cover gray hair but also doesn't give a reddish tint. As a result, a man with this shade looks like he has just started graying with a slight silvering at the temples.
By alternating between these two shades, you can maintain a dark cool chestnut color with slightly different color nuances.
5MBP (not available on this website) - a shade with a barely noticeable pinkish tint.
I will add to my review from July 17, 2016. The dye restores the hair, but only initially. After six months, the hair started to break like straw. The hairdresser said that this dye has a cumulative effect and should not be used constantly. So, the dye is good, but as a restorative method, periodically. Just like any professional products. It's a pity that the manufacturer does not indicate this.
After several months of use, the quality of my hair has improved. Not a "wow" effect, but I hope for further improvement. It covered my gray hair (shade 7A). I dye my roots once a month. Matrix loses to this dye in all aspects.
