I liked the quality of the metal. I am very satisfied with the side with a large number of little holes. It cleans well and quickly. But you need to prepare the skin somehow, for me it works well even with just a couple of minutes of warm water, without wiping the skin, and then using this side with a lot of little holes.
The side with just one little hole is only good for removing fully formed whiteheads. It is useless for everything else.

I use it to remove individual pimples; it works well for mature ones, but for immature ones, it can leave traces, similar to picking at them with your hands.
The spoon is of good quality and works well for surface cleaning. It is much less damaging to the skin than fingers. It fulfills everything I expected.
I have deep and enlarged pores in the T-zone (combination skin), so it doesn't remove some comedones that are not ready to come out yet, but that's normal.
It works better on steamed and moisturized skin, so that it glides better.
Plus, a life hack for better cleaning:
Immediately after use, wash it with an old (BUT CLEAN) toothbrush with soap. Then I treat it with chlorhexidine and wipe it dry.

Useless device. The side designed for larger cleaning area does absolutely nothing. The holes quickly get clogged and it's practically impossible to clean them. The side for targeted cleaning mostly just leaves a mini suction, i.e. a wound, and the pore is cleaned less traumatically even with a fingernail. Overall, I do not recommend.
