Cream Peroxide Revlon Professional Creme Peroxide 30 Vol. 9%

The stabilized cream peroxide was developed by Revlon Professional cosmetologists for professional hair care. It contains an optimal percentage of hydrogen peroxide. When mixed with dye, it forms a thick consistency that spreads easily over strands without dripping.
The cream peroxide includes ingredients that protect the scalp and prevent irritation during the coloring process. The cationic emulsion moisturizes and conditions dry hair. Revlon Professional Creme Peroxide is available in concentrations of 3%, 6%, 9%, and 12%. It is suitable for use with Revlonissimo NMT, Revlonissimo NMT High Coverage, Revlonissimo Super Blondes, Revlonissimo NMT Cromatics, Blonde Up Gentle Powder, and Blonde Up Gentle Paste dyes.
