The stabilized cream peroxide was developed by cosmetologists at Revlon Professional for professional hair care. It contains an optimal percentage of hydrogen peroxide. When mixed with dye, it creates a thick mixture that easily spreads through the strands and does not drip.
The cream peroxide includes ingredients that protect the scalp and prevent irritation during the dyeing process. The cationic emulsion moisturizes and conditions dry hair. Revlon Professional Creme Peroxide is available in concentrations of 3%, 6%, 9%, and 12%.
