I chose shade 01 - Champagne. I bought it for my eye's mucous membrane, but it turned out to be too solid and dry for that area. It simply scratches the skin, and the color does not transfer well.
This pencil is truly impressive, and the price is incredibly low. I use it on the inner corner of my eye instead of a highlighter. The shade 01 is a cool silver-white color.
This product is not bad, it lasts for a long time, but it is not elastic. If you need to check if this color suits you, then it will be suitable.
You can give it a try for this price, but I wouldn't buy it again. I'll add an extra 30 UAH and get a better quality one that doesn't dry out my lips. This one makes my lips too dry.

I purchased a champagne with a very beautiful color. The only thing that annoys me is that the caps on the Jovial Luxe pencils do not stay in place.

I ordered number 01 (white in the photo). It is a pearly white with a hint of gray. However, it is not what I expected in terms of color. I wanted to get a white shade for makeup correction, but it shines too much. The color is nice, especially for the price of 6 UAH. I can't think of anything specific to do with it at the moment, but maybe I will find a use for it later.

I bought number 15. The color is much lighter than on the cap, it's a pink with a pearly shine. I got it to go with a darker lipstick for a glossy effect. The lighter shades would be too visible in this case. This color fits perfectly. The pencil is a bit dry, but for 5 hryvnias, I can't expect perfect quality... I will try other colors as well.

I bought two pencils, number 1, for the inner corner of the eye and they fit perfectly. Before this, I bought the same color but in a mechanical pencil. I can't find any alternatives to this color.
For the price, it's a great pencil, but definitely not for the mucous membrane! You need to apply it several times on the skin to achieve the desired effect!

I use it for my eye mucosa, it draws perfectly and stays on well. I tested the pencil and forgot to wash it off before showering, I washed my hair and my face but it stayed on the mucosa.
I bought shade 14 - vino, however, in real life it looks more like shade 15 presented on the website (not purple like in the photo!! closer to bright pink). But I liked both the actual shade and it is very cheap for such quality, so 5 stars. Thank you Makeup.ua :)

This product is absolutely terrible. It is extremely dry and it arrived broken, with the cap looking like it had been stepped on. It was difficult to apply on my hand, and it irritated both my eyes and lips with its texture. Do not buy it!
I purchased the blue eyeliner specifically for my lower lash line. Unfortunately, it does not draw at all.
I bought a sapphire blue shade to define the lash line under blue mascara. I thought the pencil would be soft, but it's not. The pencil arrived broken, so I had to sharpen it. It sharpens well, by the way.
Pros: affordable price.

Excellent. I got the black one, and the pencil itself is very long, all for just 7 hryvnias. It's soft and matte. I highly recommend it.
Shade 02 is just a subtle pearl, the color doesn't blend well and overall, I didn't like it.
This product is disappointing. It does not draw on the paper at all. The color is extremely faint. It is not a true blue, but rather a poorly pigmented pearly gray with a hint of blue shimmer. The scent is sharp. I only give it one star for its affordable price and for not irritating my eyes. I do not recommend it.

Product Review: #02 Sea Perl Dry, Impossible to Dye, Irritates Skin.
I have had a rather disappointing experience with the #02 Sea Perl dry product. Firstly, I must mention that this particular item fails to deliver on its promise of being dye-friendly. It is absolutely impossible to achieve any successful dyeing results with this product, which is quite frustrating.
Moreover, I've noticed that this dry Sea Perl causes irritation and discomfort to the skin. It has an unpleasant tendency to scratch and scrape the skin's surface, which is far from desirable. This aspect of the product is particularly disappointing since it directly affects the user's experience and overall satisfaction.
In conclusion, I regret to say that the #02 Sea Perl dry product did not meet my expectations. Its inability to support dyeing efforts and its tendency to irritate and scrape the skin leaves much to be desired. I would advise potential buyers to explore alternative options that offer better results and a more comfortable experience.

This is one of those cases where the product is actually great for such a ridiculous price. The color matches the picture and it applies smoothly on the lips. I highly recommend this lip pencil.

№5 is easy to apply, it has a nice texture that's not too soft. It has a subtle pearly effect, although it's not very noticeable in darker shades. I use it for my lips and the color matches the picture. It's an amazing product for only 4 UAH!
I bought shade 012 for my eyebrows and I am very satisfied with it. It is long-lasting and soft, but the pencil tip wears off quickly. I didn't expect such quality from a pencil that costs only 4 UAH. I will definitely buy it again!
I strongly advise against shade 02. It is extremely hard and impossible to apply. It only scratches the skin and the color is barely noticeable, with a continuous pearly finish. It has nothing in common with the picture, like the lipsticks from the Soviet Union era. I ended up throwing it away.
I placed an order on January 21st. After reading the reviews, I had the impression that they would be matte. However, they turned out to be pearlescent. They apply poorly and even considering the price, it's not worth buying them. I won't be using them.
I really like this pencil. It's perfect for lips, not too hard. The staying power is average. After eating, I need to touch up. It doesn't have any scent. It's nicely pigmented.

I bought shade 01. It looked very beautiful and applied smoothly on my hand, which was great. However, when I tried to use it on my eyelid, it was barely visible at all. It was too hard for my eyes. Maybe if I try to warm it up a little, like melt it slightly, it will work better for drawing.
The pencils are good, I ordered almost all the options. The reddish and burgundy shades are softer for the lips, while the black and brown ones are of medium softness for the eyes, eyebrows, and the lighter tones, respectively.

I ordered pencils 16 and 17. Pencil 16 is perfect, but pencil 17 is very hard. I tried for a long time to make it draw something, but the only option is to apply it over another color, then it glides better and leaves a little color. In any case, it is worth a try. Even if it doesn't work, it's not a big loss since it's cheap. I'm very happy that there is an opportunity to experiment with different colors. I have purchased this product twice, number 16. It is extremely soft and applies smoothly on the lips.
I ordered shades 01, 20, and 24. I agree with the comments that they are good, even excellent for their price. However, it is worth noting that they are hard and not very pleasant to the eyes. Moreover, the light shades are barely pigmented.
