My favorite shampoo/conditioner, my hair is long, brown, porous and dry. I am very satisfied with this line.

I have thin dyed hair, so I can't say there was any kind of wow effect. As mentioned in a previous review, my hair does get greasy quickly, even the next day. I bought the shampoo and conditioner in 100ml sizes to try, but I won't be using them again for sure.
The shampoo suited me! It cleanses the hair and scalp thoroughly, but gently. It doesn't dry out the hair or irritate the scalp. The hair is soft and easy to comb after using the shampoo.

The shampoo works well. It fills the hair, restores the structure, makes them manageable, and gives smoothness. However, I have to lather my oily hair twice to thoroughly clean them. But overall, there are positive results.
Girls, this shampoo and conditioner are designed for moisturizing. Consequently, it may make your scalp oily, even if it is not prone to that. I recommend in this case to try the BALANCE series. I did just that and I am very satisfied, especially after keratin straightening.
In general, I have mixed feelings about this shampoo. When I ordered a sample, it seemed perfect to me, but when I ordered a full-size bottle, something strange started happening. It began drying out my hair, the smell and consistency remained the same, which is unclear and very strange... Maybe my hair quickly got used to the shampoo, but anyway, I won't buy it again.

I understand that writing a review about shampoo is like writing reviews about perfumes - everything is individual. But! This shampoo is wonderful. The hair is soft, shiny, adequately moisturized, and lively. In general, everything I like. I use it with a conditioner (cannot do without it) from another brand.
I have been using this shampoo and conditioner for three years. A liter bottle lasts for 8-9 months. I periodically do keratin straightening and have become "addicted" to this shampoo. A couple of times I washed my hair with regular shampoo and it tangled up and became like a mess.
If after using this shampoo my hair is dirty, there are two possibilities: 1) I applied too much shampoo (you need 2/3 less than usual); 2) I did not rinse my hair well.
I also purchased this shampoo after getting keratin straightening treatment from the same manufacturer... the smell is wonderful, it lathers well, but the hair looks dirty already on the next day (I thought it was because of the keratin, but after several weeks, the situation remained the same... I gave it to a friend, and the same thing happened to her). In general, either we are not knowledgeable in "preparing cats" :), or the shampoo really does not justify its cost.
I couldn't write a review immediately after a few uses! I waited 2 months to be objective in my assessment! Initially, I had a Global Keratin 2% hair straightening treatment, and immediately after 48 hours, I tried this shampoo! I don't know what Elena didn't like (maybe she doesn't like kittens, or maybe she just doesn't know how to cook them :), apparently, it's her case), but the shampoo is fantastic (especially in combination with the 100% straightening treatment)! Before this, I used the hyped, in my opinion, CHI Infra (wasted money), but this product really works! The scent is gentle, not overpowering, it's thick enough, and it lathers well for a sulfate-free shampoo. It thickens the hair, and most importantly, it doesn't make them greasy (I wash my hair twice a week, sometimes three times). It smooths the hair, adds shine, and makes them manageable when styling! I don't regret it, and I think you will also appreciate Global Keratin products! :)
The smell is neutral, although the scents of this series are rich and pleasant, this shampoo practically does not have it. The texture is very liquid, poorly foams, compared to REVLON PROFESSIONAL HYDRA RESCUE SHAMPOO, it falls short..........disappointed, expected better. Delivery and service quality is excellent!
