Mavala VL Mascara Mascara "Volume and Length"

Bought it on sale, wouldn't risk buying it at full price. Decent mascara, but... It requires multiple strokes with the brush on the lashes, it doesn't cling to the hairs willingly. I don't know how to describe this effect correctly, but there are mascaras where you swipe once - and they already have a decent layer. And here you keep swiping and it just accumulates like grains of sand. But the look is natural, no clumps - that's a plus. Also, it's not super waterproof - in wet or cold weather, if you're wearing a mask, breath condensation is inevitable and it will slightly smudge the mascara. But it doesn't require much effort to remove it. So, this product is interesting, but you need to get used to it. It won't suit everyone.

I received a sample of the blue color, horrible, the brush is big and inconvenient, it leaks, not long-lasting. I threw it away after 2 attempts. Maybe the sample was of poor quality, but I will never buy the full-size version.

I did not understand the enthusiastic reviews. I bought it specifically because the mascara was colored, I got it in purple, thinking that the color would be vibrant and beautiful on the lashes. In reality, it is just regular mascara, you can't even see that it's purple on the eyes! I purposely swiped it on my hand, yes, the color is purple, but on the lashes, it's just regular black. It also doesn't provide any volume, it's just a regular mascara, maybe it's of good quality. You can buy Maybelline mascaras for half the price, they give both volume and length, I don't understand what's so special about this one. It's not worth the money at all, and for those specifically looking for colored mascara, it's a pass.

Very, very good mascara. I love natural-looking lashes and have a problem with smudging on my eyelids. This one lasts all day and doesn't cause any allergies or other reactions on my eyes - I'm very pleased.

Regarding the brush, I used it for the first week, then went back to my favorite (from Yves Saint Laurent). The brush picks up a lot of mascara, so you have to spend a couple of minutes meticulously wiping off the excess on the edge of the tube, as having too much can lead to clumpy and stuck-together lashes. But if you apply it with a different brush - voila, it's perfect.

For a natural effect. You won't achieve super eyelashes with it. Comfortable for the eyes - yes. It fills in the space between the lashes from below - yes.

The mascara is good. It doesn't flake and feels comfortable on the eyes. I wear contact lenses, so it can be difficult to find suitable cosmetics. This mascara is exactly what I need. It stays on well and is truly waterproof: fine snow or rain is not a problem. The only downside is the brush: I can't seem to get used to it, my lashes stick together a bit when applying, and I lose volume/fullness of my lashes.

Bought it not here (unfortunately, overpaid a lot), but I am satisfied with the quality! This is the first mascara in many years that doesn't irritate my eyes! Hooray! I've tried so many others, but this one worked. Apparently, it's true when they say "for sensitive eyes". It doesn't flake and stays well.

I didn't like the mascara. The brush is huge, making it nearly impossible to apply it without getting it on the skin around the eyes, especially if you have sparse lashes. It's difficult to remove and the price doesn't match the quality.

We have been buying this mascara not for the first time. It not only coats the lashes well, but also gives a natural, slightly curled look. It washes off perfectly (we have never had any issues with this - we use a makeup remover specifically for waterproof cosmetics). Even under unexpected circumstances (like being on a train), in the morning the appearance remained just as well-groomed.

The mascara is good, I recommend it!!!
