I don't know about using it on the body, hands, or face, but this cream was perfect for my lips. They were extremely dry, to the point where it was even painful to talk. Someone recommended buying a children's cream and this was the first one I found at the pharmacy. It simply moisturizes unbelievably well and after just one day of use, the dryness was almost completely gone.
I liked it. It's lightweight, absorbs quickly, and leaves no traces behind.
The only children's cream without methyl- and ethylparabens. This cream is good, moderately thick, and has a pleasant scent. A definite 5+ rating!
