Liquid and poorly absorbed by the skin, which makes it not very pleasant and convenient to use. I don't like wearing socks with gel in the summer, so it's not my format. I didn't see any wow effects, maybe that's why. The label indicates that it can be used for 3 months after opening.

My problem is a heel spur. It really relieves pain and reduces inflammation. If you apply it during the day, by the morning the problem is gone. I apply this liquid (it's not a gel at all) at night and wear a silicone sock on top. No problems in the morning. The only downside is that it damages the skin.

Well, it's not a gel at all. I have liquid in a tube. The cracks are slowly healing. I apply it overnight under socks.
