I have ordered many times, and the last two times I specifically ordered the one that is shown in the photo, but instead I received Carmex Medicated (which has a different smell, completely different from what is shown in the photo). I am not satisfied. They carelessly send the wrong product.
The lip balm stings on the lips and has an unpleasant smell, the tingling sensation does not go away.

A couple of years ago, I was already using this balm, it saved my lips from dryness during the winter. Recently, I decided to try it again and ordered it from makeup. This time, it's not the same as before, it has a strong chemical smell, or a rubber smell. Because of this, I try not to use it often, as it is off-putting. It feels like some kind of chemical, I have other balms that I use more regularly.
Not bad, it moisturizes the lips in principle. But if you don't want menthol on your lips and the smell of medicine, then don't buy it. Now I think it would have been better to take the cherry one. And it doesn't have a very pleasant taste on the lips. I won't buy it again.
This product is simply a savior for my lips. It moisturizes and cares for them beautifully, even better than Carmex in a jar. Actually, I was looking for an alternative to it because it's not always convenient to scoop it out of the jar, and this format is very convenient. It looks like a transparent gloss on the lips and immediately creates a well-groomed effect. After about half an hour, you can feel a coolness from the menthol, and the scent is a classic menthol-camphor, but I like it.
For problem lips, there is some effect, but I won't buy it again. I only use it at home because of the smell. Regular panthenol or Vaseline helps me better.
I cannot recommend this lip gloss because the taste of camphor cancels out all the positive aspects. I purchased it in the classic version, maybe it will be better with a different scent.

Ordered based on reviews. I don't understand why people praise it so much. The smell is unpleasant, feels heavy on the lips, not comfortable. Applying it is not convenient.
The balm itself is not bad, it has a strong but pleasant smell. Over time, it started leaking through the lid, but still served well.

I first tried the cherry one, it has a great smell and moisturizes well.
The second time I tried the classic one, besides the smell and moisturization, it leaves a pleasant cooling sensation on the lips.

Using it for 3 days, I can say the following: it doesn't exactly moisturize, but rather prevents dryness very well. It nourishes the lips. A week after lip augmentation, I applied everything I could find around - different Nivea sticks (3-, tight, drying), Maybelline baby lips "cherry" stick (4+, moisturizing, pleasant on the lips but disappears quickly, I only like the cherry one), and Laneige mask (4+, great for overnight use, good composition), everything was temporary and disappeared quickly.
Surprisingly, this balm is enough to apply 2-3 times a day. Yes, it cools due to camphor and menthol.
A big plus is that it does not contain Phenol. (Although it is present in other forms of this balm). If it really doesn't have Phenol, then I definitely recommend this one.

Having the same balm in my hands, ordered 1 year ago also on makeup, I can say that this is either a very poor quality counterfeit or the manufacturers are cutting corners. It has a chemical smell with mint. It doesn't feel pleasant on the lips... this is not the same Carmex balm that it used to be, 100% sure.
I didn't like the balm. Where do all the enthusiastic reviews come from? It has a horrible, strong minty sensation on the lips, almost burning. The consistency is unpleasant. I really regretted falling for the reviews and buying it. The price for such a balm is very high!

My favorite balm! The only one that saves! It's not the first time I buy it at make up stores and it has always been packaged (I also buy packaged ones at pharmacies) in a sealed package, but today it came separately without packaging. It's strange somehow, because it's a hygiene issue.
It moisturizes excellently, at first it stung a bit, but it quickly went away. The scent is specific, but I bought it for moisturizing, not for the scent! So, it's great.

Too overhyped lip balm
At first, it gave results, always a pleasant coolness on the lips after application.
But over time, my lips only became very dry from it.
If you apply it in a very thick layer before sleep, there will be results in the morning, like with a regular Nivea, if used during the day, lips will be soft and moisturized.

I had been wanting to try it for a long time since I had seen it a lot and heard good reviews about it. To be honest, I was not impressed. The smell is unpleasant (at first it smelled like an old man's cologne, then it started to smell like Star ointment) and it tingles your lips a bit. As for moisturizing, it is debatable - when applied, it seems to moisturize but when wiped off, it dries out my not-too-dry lips. I wouldn't recommend buying it even for 100 hryvnias, let alone 60. It's better to look for a more budget-friendly and effective balm.
