Not waterproof at all, if you accidentally rub your eye, it smudges.
I'm buying this eyeliner for the third time, and I'm satisfied! It doesn't irritate my constantly watering eyes, it stays on for a long time, the line is beautiful, precise, and black. What else do you need?

Eyeliner 'so-so'
It washes off with water if you rub it a little and smudges all over the eyelid, but it's impossible to remove it completely with gel or two-phase makeup remover!
It leaves imprints on the eyelids (my eyelids are quite oily, but why would the eyeliner be all smudged after half an hour - ???)
It's difficult for a beginner to draw a winged line with it, as it dries quickly.
From the positive side, I can mention the convenient tip, sharp, and the winged end is decent.

The eyeliner is not bad, but it still leaves a mark on the upper eyelid, at least for me. It is also much harder to wash off, it would be better if it stayed without leaving any imprints. However, it is very convenient to use, as the winged liner is quickly drawn and it has a rich black color.

Good eyeliner, applies well, rich color. Doesn't smudge on the upper lid. Happy with the purchase, good value for money. I recommend it.
I'm very glad that I managed to grab this eyeliner - they sell out here like hotcakes. The line is precise, black, matte, and easy to use. I applied it for the first time and it lasted all day, only slightly smudging on my watery eye. It lost some intensity in color, but stayed in place. I touched it up and it became practically unnoticeable. I give it five stars - I liked it! Thank you very much to the store for excellent delivery and quality product!

Unsuccessful eyeliner, literally started balding after a week, applies unevenly. Not long-lasting, not waterproof, easily wiped off with a finger on the eyelid, the wing of the eyeliner can smudge throughout the day.
Not a bad eyeliner. It justifies its price. The only downside is that if you fail to draw a straight line, it looks messy when trying to fix it. I didn't deduct a star for this "but" because of the great service on this website. You guys are amazing.
I didn't like about this eyeliner that it is claimed to be waterproof, but it has some interesting waterproofness - it smudges very easily with water into black streaks, and then these black streaks are completely impossible to remove from the face.
Applies evenly only in one line - if you need to draw or touch up, it goes on unevenly, smudging in patches. It doesn't last until the end of the day, by 6 pm the line smudges at the edges, the eyeliner fades and looks very messy.
