Mixing ratio: 1:1.5 (60 ml of color to 90 ml of developer).
First application (for natural hair): Apply the color cream evenly from root to tip. Leave it on for 20 minutes. Then, apply the product to the roots and leave it on for an additional 30 minutes. Total processing time: 50 minutes.
Subsequent applications: Apply the product to the regrowth at the roots and leave it on for 20-25 minutes. Then, distribute the color cream throughout the length of the hair, leaving it on for an additional 5-10 minutes if necessary. Total processing time: 30 minutes (40 minutes for gray hair).

I always used to get the 5.1 shade, which was a nice cool dark color. The 3% developer covers the gray hair well. This time, I decided to try the 5SN shade with the same 3% developer, but the color turned out to be more of a dark reddish tone rather than a super natural one.

The paint delicately colors, with softness and shine. However, all the ash color (8.1) washed out within a week(!). Other professional paints were more long-lasting and had a much lower price than 300 UAH. The paint is made in Italy, not Spain (as indicated on the website).
I really liked this paint. I chose shade 10.2. It's a beautiful cool color without any yellowish tones.
