It worked for me. But my routine is as follows: micellar water, then Effaclar foaming cleanser, then exfoliating tonic Effaclar, followed by Effaclar Duo Plus and then Effaclar K. I have oily skin type. The cream did not dry out my skin and did not cause any new breakouts. I noticed that the wounds after cleansing started healing faster. I use it both in the morning and evening. In the evening, I can also use Cicaplast baume B5 on top of this cream, they work well together!)

I didn't like the cream, it made my skin feel tight. Maybe it will be good for very oily skin, but I have combination skin and it dries it out too much. I also don't like the consistency, and it tends to roll off when I apply makeup on top of it. I won't buy it again. They sent me Effaclar Duo as a gift and it's much better.

I haven't used it for a long time, so I don't know about any side effects from long-term use. But among many products from this brand for combination skin, this is the best so far. The cream dries out all the breakouts on my combination skin, no new ones appear, but it doesn't provide enough moisture, especially during the winter period - it's a real problem. It keeps the skin matte for about 6 hours, but it feels dry, especially on the cheeks. It absorbs instantly and has a liquid texture, so I ran out of the tube in less than a month with daily use as a day cream. That, in my opinion, is the main downside, and I also recommend using this product during warmer periods to those with combination skin.
