I didn't understand this shampoo at all. My hair has only gotten worse - the ends are like straw, tangled, and difficult to comb. Plus, the shampoo foams up very capriciously and doesn't distribute evenly on my scalp. The consumption is simply terrible, it runs out quickly. However, the ingredients are natural and it's not tested on animals, so I'll give it one star for that.
