I liked it, the grater is excellent, but the handle is indeed weak.
So after it, you will need a polisher!!!!! And in my opinion, it could have been a bit bigger, but it will do. Very convenient for traveling!
Very happy with the purchase. Just what I needed for rough skin on my feet.
The only downside is the plastic handle. That's it. It's perfect for rough men's heels. You have to use a gentler pumice stone after using this file. But the effect is amazing, it completely removes rough skin. It does its job well. It's unlikely to be suitable for women's legs as it is rigid. But if you have very rough skin, calluses or corns, definitely get it! You won't regret it.

I'm buying it for the second time, the handle of the first one broke. In my opinion, this is the only drawback of the file. It works smoothly, doesn't peel off the skin in chunks, doesn't hurt, the treated area is smooth, and it requires minimal buffing with a fine abrasive file. Not a bad file, but not a five.
Either I'm using it wrong or it's really not that great. My heels have gotten worse, as if I've been rubbing them against asphalt. Although I used a polishing tool after using this file. It didn't help.

I bought it for my husband, but in reality, the file is not as massive and sturdy as it seems in the photo. The metal part itself is fine, but the handle is flimsy and might break quickly if used on rough and calloused heels.

Excellent file, I didn't even expect it. I cleaned it on dry skin (as recommended on the packaging), then finished the final result with the fine-grained side of the file, rinsed with warm water, and applied cream. The result is great! Very satisfied with the purchase, I recommend it!
