I really like this shampoo, it cleanses well and has a pleasant scent. Ladies, let's be realistic - where volume is not naturally present, shampoo alone won't create it. I have thick and voluminous hair, so I also use mousse for an additional wow effect.
I didn't notice any increase in volume, but the pleasant smell and cleansing are at a good level.

Once I bought this shampoo for myself and my older daughter, but it didn't suit us at all. We have thin curly hair, and after using it, our hair became heavy. However, it worked perfectly for my younger daughter, who has thicker and straight hair. Her hair became shiny and healthy. Maybe it didn't provide much volume, but considering that her hair is longer than her waist, we weren't expecting that anyway.

But I agree with the comments about "haystack", which is difficult to handle even with conditioners, masks, and even oil. I love Matrix, but this shampoo is a complete disaster for me! It washes the hair well. Too well. During washing, the "haystack effect" appears. The conditioner doesn't help the situation. The hair becomes tangled, difficult to comb, and doesn't hold a brush style. It becomes fluffy due to this - voluminous. I changed the shampoo and the problem disappeared. I only gave it two stars because it cleans the oily roots well and adds shine.
