I have ordered it for the second time: the first time I really liked it, although I had a problem with the dispenser. This time, the dispenser is fine, but when it comes into contact with water, it now resembles more of a milk consistency, whereas last time it formed a foam, which was more pleasant and easier to wash off. It has a pleasant scent and feels nice on the skin after washing. I am deducting points due to the inconsistent reaction to water, as it is unclear what it should actually be like.

I really liked this oil, it has a pleasant citrus scent and effectively removes makeup. It doesn't emulsify as much as I would prefer, but it still rinses off nicely. After using it, I follow up with a foaming cleanser. It doesn't dry out my skin, but it also doesn't moisturize it. Overall, it's a decent option for daily use.

I have tried two other products from this brand besides this hydrophilic oil (with rose oil and hyaluronic acid) - they are similar and I liked all three. However, the instructions on the bottle are confusing. I use it as usual: apply on dry skin, massage, and rinse off. The oil immediately turns into milk when in contact with water and is easily washed off. It removes both mascara and foundation.
I didn't like it at all. It resembles regular cooking oil, too runny, with a distinct aroma, but that's a matter of personal preference. I actually preferred the Korean brand oil. It took about a week for the order to arrive, and white flakes appeared in the oil.
Ladies, before purchasing this product, you must understand that it is a cleansing oil, not a hydrophilic one. Hydrophilic oil dissolves in water, but this one does not. Water does not wash it away at all.
But if after using hydrophilic oil, you only need to wash your face with foam once, with this product I have to wash my face once, then use micellar water, and wash my face again.
I give this product one star only for its ability to effectively dissolve makeup. I take away four stars because removing this product from my face feels like going through ten circles of hell. If done poorly, it welcomes subcutaneous pimples and blackheads.

People wrote a lot of negative reviews without knowing how to use this cosmetic product. After using the hydrophilic oil, it is always necessary to use a cleansing gel or foam. There is no need to blame the product for being ineffective if it was not used correctly from the beginning.
Product rated 3++. It easily removes light makeup, but struggles with more heavy makeup. Payot oil is better, but considering the price difference, this is not surprising. Still, not a bad product for its price. I recommend it.
Updating my review. I tried using it as a regular cleansing oil. The experience was better, it removed makeup quite well, but the feeling of having oil on my face remained until I used a cleansing product (I used Ella Bache soap).

I am disappointed with this product. Using it is unpleasant (the oil is applied to a wet face and spread until it forms a white greasy substance with an unpleasant odor). I hoped to replace more expensive products with it, but I just wasted my money. It does not remove makeup well, and it has a high consumption rate (previously I used Vichy). The oil feels heavy, causes redness on the face, and is not suitable for the eyes. After using it, I don't feel clean (like I do with a cleansing gel), so I have to wash my face with micellar water because residues of foundation are visible in my pores. This is how my attempt at saving money turned out. I tested the product with SeboCalm Innovation BB Cream. P.S. The "instructions for use" on the label are different from the ones indicated on the bottle.
