I am buying it for the first time, but I liked it. I will continue to buy it.
This is a decent micellar water, I have sensitive skin and there were no negative reactions to it. I ordered it several times, but it is inconvenient that the lid broke very quickly each time.
I have been using this brand for many years. It is excellent for sensitive, allergic skin. It cannot solve age-related issues, but it is perfect for soothing, reducing redness, and alleviating allergic reactions.
I bought this as a gift together with the Aven cream. A 50-year-old woman liked it. There are no visible redness, and the skin looks well-cared for.

Cool lotion, removes makeup well, does not leave a film on the face, pleasant smell, did not notice any drawbacks at all.

I bought the micellar water and foam of this brand. They included a cosmetic bag and thermal water as a gift with the order (as a promotion). It's a good French pharmacy brand, but it doesn't work well for problematic skin.
It suited me perfectly. It removes makeup well. It doesn't irritate my eyes. No allergies. Pleasant for the skin, no feeling of film.

Whoever wrote about the film on the face or about the burning sensation after application, maybe you got such a batch... The lotion doesn't leave any film and definitely no burning, I used to use Bioderma before, this one is not bad either, I don't see any difference between them. I haven't tried washing off the cosmetics yet, but I think since that's its main task, it will handle it.
