Velvet Compact Powder - Eva Cosmetics Powder
I bought this product to keep in my bag, just in case I needed to touch up my makeup. I don't use powder, I only apply BB cream, but during the summer, I still need to occasionally remove excess oil from my face. This powder is perfect for that. It has a light beige shade that suits my not very fair skin with a yellow undertone. It has a shimmer or shine, I'm not sure which one exactly, but I like it.
Color: ivory.

The powder is amazing, it stays on for about 4 hours. However, considering the price, I think it's worth it.
The powder is a bit dry, and it's not mentioned anywhere that it has shimmer. The quality is in line with a budget powder.
The powder is exactly what I needed. I use it over my sunscreen with physical filters, it eliminates any whiteness and gives a natural color to my face. I apply it with a brush and have no complaints about its texture.

The sponge is very bad; because of it, the powder doesn't settle at all. I didn't like how it looks on the skin. I won't buy it again.
The powder is not good. After the very first application with a sponge, it became covered with some bumps. The sponge itself is simply awful, and it smells as if it has expired a long time ago. I will not buy it again, even at such a ridiculous price.

The powder is truly velvety. I got the shade "Light Beige". It is perfect for fair to medium skin tones.

The only thing that confused me was the sweet scent, reminiscent of the powder from Soviet times, but it quickly fades away. Considering the very cheap price, the powder is excellent.
