Very good oil. I have spine problems, I apply the oil on my entire back after showering, and after about 5 uses, the pain in my back starts to go away. Not completely, but still. It also slightly relieves muscle stiffness. But if you have "troubled" chronic areas with inflammation in your muscles, it really helps to relieve it. I really liked it.
