Pharmaceris N Active-Capilaril Forte Cream is a special soothing and strengthening remedy specially designed for skin prone to Rosacea and dilated capillaries. The product effectively strengthens the walls of blood vessels, making them stronger and more elastic to prevent redness.
The formula of the product is enriched with the innovative Diosmin complex which makes the capillaries resistant to damage. As a result, redness and irritations become less pronounced. D-panthenol effectively soothes the skin, while Olive wax softens the face, moisturizing even the roughest areas. Your complexion will become softer and smoother with a more even skin tone.

This product worked for me when I had red irritated skin with peeling and itching, and I couldn't use anything else. This cream saved me. The cream is light, absorbs well, and has a pleasant floral scent. But it finished very quickly. Using it twice a day (morning and evening) lasted for 3 weeks.
The cream is ordinary. It moisturizes adequately, but no more. It doesn't effectively reduce redness and seems to slightly clog pores. I use it in combination with the gel from the same series.

The cream does not make the face oily, it moisturizes. I can't say anything about its effectiveness in combating couperose, BUT it has significantly improved my situation with psoriasis. I apply it on the patches, and the itching and redness go away. I couldn't be happier!
I use the entire line of Pharmaceris N skincare products. I really like it! This cream is average. It may moisturize or nourish, but nothing more. However, I liked the Pharmaceris N Capinon K 1% Cream (Vessel-strengthening cream with vitamin K) much more. Its effect was visible immediately.
Nothing special, just a regular cream. Moisturizes. Didn't notice any reduction in redness. Maybe because it ran out quickly - 30 ml lasted for 1 month and 10 days of morning/evening use.

This cream really helped me significantly reduce the manifestations of rosacea on my nose. It turns red in the wildest way for any reason and without. I apply this cream at night, and for the day, I chose a cream from the same series with SPF protection.
