The comb is excellent: comfortable, the teeth are elastic. It may seem too stiff to some people, but for my hair and scalp, it provides a good massage. I have been using it for 3 months already, and not a single "ball" has come off the teeth, everything is in place. (I bought Lady Camille before, and the balls fell off after a couple of days).
