This is the most ordinary rubber band of this type. It takes 3 turns for medium-thickness hair (initially, two turns were enough). Plus - there are 6 pieces in the package, so it will last longer. The resistance to stretching and wear is not outstanding, but the rubber band clearly will not become frizzy.
They break the hair a little bit, but overall not bad.
