The size of the hoop is standard, it is neither big nor small. It is exactly standard, just like all my hoops. At first, it feels a little tight, but after a couple of uses, it stretches out and becomes quite comfortable. Like all plastic hoops, it needs to be broken in to be comfortable. The shade looks good with blonde hair. It came packaged in a bag, there were minor scuffs (not scratches!), but you can't notice them in real life, only if you look closely. The price/quality ratio is acceptable. I am satisfied with the hoop.
The description says that the size is large, but in reality, it will barely fit a head with a circumference of 57cm. It's exactly as described, and it's more suitable for a smaller head.
