Maybelline Express Brow Duo 2-in-1 Pencil and Powder

The pencil has indeed been updated, and I got used to it, but there is one big problem. It ran out after a month of daily use, while the previous version lasted for six months. This was definitely a shock, considering that I don't draw Brezhnev's eyebrows.

I have ordered it more than once, have been using it for about 2 years, really liked it and this time I ordered two pieces on sale. But what happened? The new ones arrived and it's impossible to properly draw my eyebrows with them, very inconvenient. I'm devastated, it's such a pity because I really liked it. Now I'll have to look for something new. No matter how hard I try, the new pencil just doesn't work for me. How is it possible to ruin such an awesome product? It's really unfortunate.

The last time I bought it, I was very dissatisfied. It looks like a fake with a completely different design and the color of the eyeshadow and pencil do not match at all!

Very good pencil, the color is dark brown without any redness, the eyebrows look natural for those with dark hair, just great. It doesn't have an artificial effect. It suited me well. Makeup is always on point! Thank you!

I didn't really like the pencil. It's too thick and doesn't look natural on the eyebrows. I don't recommend it. I'll go back to using the lipstick, which looks very neat and natural on the eyebrows, unlike this pencil.

Not a bad pencil. The retractable tip is very thin and very short, allowing for drawing tiny hairs. The blending side is also decent. There is some amount of paste in the cap itself. I chose the medium brown color, but as a brunette, it is too yellow for me.

Great pencil, mine is dark brown, fits perfectly. I used to use shadows, but now I doubt I will return to them. :) I'm not a fan of very dark eyebrows, you can get a natural look with a pencil if you don't press too hard, blend it periodically and you will be happy with the result :)

I really liked this pencil, I have bought it three times already and I don't want to change it for anything else. When the pencil tip is used up, I use the soft side and it works just as well as the actual lead (maybe even better). It lasts a long time. Overall, it's super.

I bought a pencil because of a gift from the brand. It didn't suit me at all. The powder part gives a very faint smoky effect. And the pencil is too thick for drawing the contour. I have been coloring my eyebrows with a pencil from the Color me company for several years, which can be sharpened with a sharpener, and it's still the best tool.

I am a bit disappointed with the product. No special questions about the pencil, but the powder is terrible. I was expecting shadows but instead I got just hard crumbs that look like fallen mascara.

Pencil is awful, it constantly breaks, the lead fell out and couldn't be put back in, money wasted.

The pencil itself is wonderful, I have been using it for several months before, but this one broke the entire lead within a week of use.

+ Thin, good for shaping.

Cons (for me):
- My eyebrows are quite wide and I need to "glue" them to lay them flat. The pencil is dry and even after combing, the hairs did not lay flat.
- What is that brush on the other end??? I didn't immediately understand what it was for.

Conclusion: If you have thick unruly eyebrows, I do not recommend it!

Dark brown is the color of the ground, very dark and dirty-graphite. The blending side of the pencil smudges the skin instead of blending the pigment, and the pencil itself is very fragile.

I have been using this pencil for many years and haven't been able to find anything else that compares. I have purchased it from different places, including makeup stores. This time, as always, I got the Dark Brown shade, but it turned out to be darker. I compared the old and new ones on my hand and there is at least a 1-tone difference. It's not a big downside, but it's a shame that the manufacturer changed the shade. The previous one was perfect for me, so keep that in mind when making a purchase. The delivery this time was fast, even on a weekend, which was never the case before. That's a plus.

The pencil is great, but it runs out quickly, the lead is literally 2 cm, it lasts me for a month. I especially like the sponge, the last time I took a regular pencil, but I continue to blend with this one.

I bought the shade Dark Brown and I am satisfied with the quality, but the color itself did not match very well. I have dark brown hair, but the pencil looks slightly reddish on me, so I have to mix it with black to achieve the desired result.
