The 4% Londa Professional Londacolor Oxidative Emulsion is designed to create a uniform dye mixture, making its application on hair incredibly easy. Application Method: For intensive toning, the dye mixture is mixed with Londa Professional oxidizing emulsions of 1.9% or 4%. For coloring with an oxidizer, use oxidizing emulsions of 3%, 6%, 9%, or 12%.
