Waterproof to the max. However, it is difficult to remove and slightly clumps the lashes, but I have had the same experience with all waterproof mascaras.
Mascara is excellent!!! I haven't regretted it at all, I have three eyelashes in five rows.
In general, the mascara is not bad, it doesn't smudge, leaves almost no clumps, and I wouldn't say it's very dry, but it does leave smudges above and below the eyes when the air is humid or when you wear a mask for a long time.
The foundation is good. It's not as dry as it was described in the comments below, just a small amount of foundation is applied to the brush, which, in my opinion, does not stick together. The brush is quite convenient to use. It does not wash off with water from the skin, it is difficult to remove with micellar water. You will have to look for another means of removing makeup. The tube is without scratches and signs of use, although it would be super if the manufacturer still made an airtight package of the tube. The tube of mascara itself was scratched and the mascara itself is dry and applies poorly. I am disappointed with the purchase, it's a waste of money.
Definitely the best mascara I have tried in this price range - it doesn't smudge, doesn't flake, beautifully coats and separates the lashes. Before this, I always bought Vivienne Sabo's pink one, and compared to it, Loreal doesn't weigh down or droop the lashes. It easily comes off with hydrophilic oil. It's wonderful. I will buy it again.
The mascara did not impress me much. When it gets on the skin, it does not come off well, it clumps the lashes and does not separate them. I give it a rating of 3.
Good day. The mascara lives up to its claims. It applies easily and stays on perfectly. It doesn't smudge or flake. 4 out of 5 because I would have liked more volume, etc., BUT the mascara is not advertised for that, it is WATERPROOF - and it handles that perfectly! I received this mascara as a gift from another country. I have never seen such an amazing mascara in my life. It doesn't clump, applies evenly, and makes my lashes look like huge, fluffy extensions. BUT!!! How do I remove it? I have a bunch of makeup removers, but none of them work! Not even olive oil. Can anyone suggest something?
